摘　　要：目的探讨加强消毒供应中心管理对控制医院感染的有效性。方法按照《WS310.1-2009消毒供应中心管理规范》医院自2009年建立集中式消毒供应中心,对医院内所有需要消毒或灭菌后重复使用的诊疗器械、器具和物品由消毒供应中心回收,集中清洗、消毒、灭菌和供应;并建立一套完善的管理体制和监督检查制度。结果延长了重复使用诊疗器械的寿命,节约了医院开支,没有发生一起因消毒灭菌不合格而发生的感染事件。结论严格按照消毒供应中心规范操作及制定有效的管理体制,对控制医院感染和医院医疗安全提供了可靠的保障。OBJECTIVE To discuss the validity of strengthening the application management of central sterile supply department（CSSD） Management on nosocomial infection.METHODS The centralized central sterile supply department was established according to WS310.1-2009 Central Sterile Supply Management Practices.The medical instruments,appliances and items that needed sterilization were recovered by CSSD,then centralized cleaning,disinfection,sterilization and supply.The perfect system of management and the institution of supervision and inspection were established.RESULTS The life of reusable medical instruments was extended,the cost of the hospital was saved,the infections caused by unqualified cleaning and sterilization were effectively controlled.CONCLUSIONS Strictly standard operation of CSSD and effective management system provide a reliable guarantee on the control of hospital infections and hospital care.
