摘 要:目的了解肿瘤医院感染病原菌分布及耐药性。方法对2008年11月-2009年4月医院送检标本中的病原菌检出及其多药耐药情况进行统计分析。结果 1316份送检标本中,有640份检出致病菌,检出率为48.6%;其中检出细菌者329份,占51.4%,检出真菌者205份,占32.0%,同时检出细菌和真菌者106份,占16.6%;在对检出细菌的435份样本中,发现多药耐药菌120株,主要为大肠埃希菌,占44.2%。结论肿瘤医院感染多药耐药病原菌以产β-内酰胺酶的大肠埃希菌为主,临床工作中要注意有针对性的选择对耐药菌株有效的抗菌药物。OBJECTIVE To study the distribution and multi-antimicrobial resistance of pathogens causing nosocomial infection(NI) in patients within Tumor Hospital.METHODS Pathogens were isolated from patient s in our hospital from Nov 2008 to Apr 2009 and the multi-animicrobial susceptibility was analyzed.RESULTS A total of 640 strains of pathogens were isolated from 1316 cases of NI,the isolation rate was 48.63%.Among these pathogens,there were 329 bacteria(51.4%),205 fungi(32.0%) and 106 cases(16.6%)with both bacteria and fungi.120 MDR were isolated from the 435 cases of bacteria related pathogens.53 strains(44.2%) Escherichia coli were ESBLs producing strains.CONCLUSIONS The main pathogens causing NI in tumor hospital patients are ESBLs producing E.coli,MRSCNs,ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae and also MRSA.Special attention and specific measures should be taken when treating these MDR infections in tumor hospital.
