摘　　要：基于目前由现代中式住宅在当代住宅文化领域内引起的中国风潮,通过对现代中式住宅实例的解读和比较,提出"形式萃取"设计模式,并着重在建筑外部空间和形态方面对其进行形式萃取方法分析,探析现代中式住宅对中国传统民居的继承和发展,旨在对未来现代中式住宅设计的持续发展有所借鉴。Based on the present wave caused by modern Chinese-style residence in contemporary Chinese cultural fields, through the interpretation and comparison of modern Chinese-style residence instances,the paper proposes ＂form extraction＂ design patterns and makes the form extraction method analysis mainly from the aspects of architectural outer space and form. The inheritance and development is analyzed of Chinese traditional residence by modern Chinese-style residence so as to be helpful to the sustainable development of the design of Chinese-stye residence in future.
