山东农村社区建设规划的困境与对策

摘　　要：城乡一体化背景下的农村社区建设规划,是农村社区建设的基础和前提。文章阐述了当前农村社区发展的现状和背景,分析了城镇化和现代化过程中农村社区规划中受编制方法、基础资料、技术标准和结构化问题所制约而面临的困境,并结合对山东省农村社区建设规划的相关调研,从转变理念、创新方法、完善信息库和注重地域特色等方面出发,提出了解决困境、改进农村社区规划的对策与途径。Rural community planning based on the integration of urban and rural areas is the foundation of the rural community construction. This paper presents the background of the current rural community planning and analyzes the predicaments of the rural community planning restricted to the planning method, basic data, technical standard and structured problems during the urbanization and modernization process. It proposes some targeted measures to solve these problems and improve the rural community planning from the aspects of idea transformation, method innovation, information database improvement and regional characteristics attention.
