摘　　要：在介绍了分析问题的要素分解法基础上,提出基于要素分解法和TRIZ理论的产品创新设计流程,并针对现有抛丸清理机护板在使用过程中存在问题,在应用要素分解法进行问题分析的基础上,分别应用TRIZ理论技术矛盾和物理矛盾的解决方法,提出了护板的创新设计方案,对减轻抛丸清理机护板的磨损问题具有一定的指导意义。After the introduction of elements of the problem decomposition method is proposed based on decomposition method based on elements of product innovation and the TRIZ theory of design process, and for the existing shot blasting machine guard problems in the course of the application factors for problem decomposition analysis, based on the theory and technology were applied TRIZ contradictions and physical contradictions solution proposed shield innovative design, shot blasting machines to alleviate the wear problem of cover plate has a certain significance.
