摘　　要：胡锦涛同志的"七一"讲话,极大地丰富和发展了马克思主义关于党的制度建设的理论。在新的历史条件下,我们要充分认识加强党的制度建设的特殊意义,进一步明确健全党的制度体系的方法、目标,并遵循四个基本原则、突出四个着力环节,有效推进党的制度建设。Hu Jin-tao's 'July 1st Speech' has greatly enriched and developed the theories of Party's Institutional Construction in Marxism.Under the new historical conditions,we must fully understand the special significance of strengthening Party's institutional construction,further clarify the ways and goals of improving Party's system,follow the four basic principles and highlight the four focus areas.Only in this way can Party's Institutional Construction be promoted effectively.
