ATP-MgCl_2对缺血性犬心肌的保护作用

摘　　要：ivATP-MgCl_2能够显著缩小麻醉犬冠状动脉闭塞6h后的心肌梗塞面积,抑制肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)和谷氨酸-草酰乙酸转氨酶(GOT)的释放,其作用优于单纯ATP或单纯MgCl_2,同时,亦能抑制麻醉家兔结扎冠状动脉6h后的CPK和GOT的释放。提示ATP-MgCl_2,对缺血性心肌有明显的保护作用。After ligating left anterior discending coronary artery, the effects of ATP-MgCl_2 on infarction area and serum CPK and GOT activities in 26 dogs and 10 rabbits were studied. It was found that iv ATP-MgCl_2 100 umol/kg, after 6 h of ligation, the area of infarction was much smaller than that in the group of ATP and MgCl_2 and saline, and the activities of CPK and GOT in serum were more significantly inhibited. The results show that the ATP-MgCl_2 has a good protective action to ischemic myocardium.
