摘　　要：基于对全国20省74村返乡农民工的调查数据,运用SPSS17.0对返乡农民创业现状及其影响因素进行分析,研究显示:受教育程度等人力资本因素、政府支持、家庭收入、社会资本等社会因素对其是否选择创业有着显著性影响。Based on 74 villages in 20 provinces of returning migrant workers survey data, this paper use the SPSS17.0 to analysis the return of migrant status and impact factors of business. The research shows ： level of education and other human capital factors, government support, family income, social capital and other social factors on whether you choose has a significant business impact.
