2010年枣庄市薛城区居民死亡资料分析

摘　　要：[目的]全面了解枣庄市薛城区居民死亡水平,掌握人群死因结构,为政府和卫生行政部门制定干预策略提供科学依据。[方法]对薛城区2010年居民死亡资料进行分析。[结果]2010年薛城区报告居民死亡2 105例,死亡率为493.58/10万。居民死亡率(/10万),城区为282.48、农村为548.02(P<0.01);男性为583.46、女性为396.04(P<0.01);0岁、1～4岁、5～14岁、15～44岁、45～64岁、≥65岁分别为649.82、92.87、22.80、77.35、451.90、3 153.86(P<0.01)。前5位死因,全部居民和男性均依次为恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、伤害、呼吸系统疾病,女性依次是心脏病、脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、伤害。[结论]薛城区2010年居民死亡率较低,恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、伤害、呼吸系统疾病是主要死因。[Objeetive]To understand the mortality and examine the main causes of death in the population of Xuecheng district,Zaozhuang city,in order to provide scientific basis for policy-making and pubic health interventions. [Methods]Anatysis was undertaken on the 2010 mortality data of Xuecheng district. [Results]A total of 2 105 deaths were reported in 2010 with a mortality rate of 493.58 /10^5. The standard death rate（/10^5 ） was 282.48 in urban areas and 548.02 in rural areas（ P 〈0.01） ,and 583.46 for males and 396.04 for females （ P 〈0.01）. The age-specific mortality rate was 649.82, 92.87,22.80,77.35,451.90 and 3 153.86 for 0,1-4,5-14,15-44,45 64 and 65 years and older respectively（ P 0.01）. The top five causes of death for males were malignant neoplasms, cerebrovaseular disease, cardiovascular disease, injury and respiratory diseases ; for females were cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovaseular disease,malignant neoplasms, respiratory disease and injury. [Conelusion]The main causes of death in Xuecheng in 2010 are malignant neoplasms,cerebro- vascular disease and cardiovascular disease.
