摘　　要：现行的各种"数字电路"教材中,对权电阻网络DAC与二级权电阻网络DAC的等价性都没有证明。该问题涉及到"电路基础"、"模拟电路"和"数字电路"等课程的基础知识,是一个电子技术方面的综合性问题。本文从电路原理方面证明了这两种电阻网络DAC具有等价的电路功能,并且利用Multisim软件验证了二者的等价性。In many textbooks of digital circuit,there is no the proving of the equivalence between the weight resistance network of DAC and the double rank weight resistance network of DAC.It is a synthesized question of electronic technology which comes down to the knowledge of fundamentals of electric circuits and digital circuit and analog circuit and so on.In this paper,the authors prove the equivalence for the two kinds of DAC with the circuit principles and the soft of Multisim.
