兴9-12X井“凸”形井眼固井实践

摘　　要：兴9-12X井二开钻至井深4 312 m处下入φ177.8 mm套管,至井深3 769.93 m时套管被卡死,被迫在套管未下到设计井深的情况下固井,下部留有φ241.3 mm井眼542 m,决定三开用φ152.4 mm钻头钻至井深4 405 m后,下入φ127 mm尾管对φ241.3 mm井眼进行补救固井,形成了上部井眼小、下部井眼大的"凸"形井眼,给保证固井质量带来了极大难度。通过采用高黏度钻井液携砂,特制φ127 mm×φ210 mm异型全焊接弹性套管扶正器,使用大量前导低黏度、低切力钻井液稀释、冲洗大井眼内"死"钻井液,用黏性隔离液顶替大井眼内钻井液,实现"黏性推移"的塞流顶替及"稠浆慢替"等技术措施,使水泥浆返到了喇叭口,固井质量合格,其中3 996～4 322 m井段固井质量优质。The total depth of the second hole of well Xing9-12x is 4,312 m,and the φ177.8 mm casing was stuck at the depth of 3,769.93 m,after drilled to 4,405 m with the bit of φ152.4 mm,run φ5127 mm liner to remedy,which formed a convex shape borehole and made a big challenge to cementing.Some measures were taken to improve the displacing efficiency,such as cleaning the borehole with high viscosity drilling fluid,applying φ127mm×φ210 mm baroque elastic centralizer,using much low viscosity lead drilling fluid to wash the Dead drilling fluid,and displacing the drilling fluid in φ241.3 mm hole with viscous spacer.
