摘　　要：参照相关多糖含量的测定方法,以葡萄糖为标准品,应用苯酚-硫酸法对硫酸酯化酵母葡聚糖含量测定的方法进行了研究。该方法在0.010 mg/mL^0.500 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=2.025x+0.198 6,R2=0.991 6。另外,还对本方法的重复性、回收率和稳定性等方面进行了试验。结果表明,该方法可应用于硫酸酯化酵母葡聚糖含量的测定。This study established a method for determination of sulfated yeast glucan content using the phenol-sulfuric acid reaction based on other determinated method of polysaccharide content.This method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.010 mg/mL-0.500 mg/mL.Its linear equation is y=2.025x＋0.198 6,r2=0.991 6.The repeatability,recovery and stability of this method were detected in this experiment.The results showed that this method can be used for the determination of sulfated yeast glucan content.
