摘　　要：肥大细胞(MC)是速发型变态反应的靶细胞,也是与IgE有关的免疫调节细胞,而且在某种程度上参与先天性和获得性免疫反应。肥大细胞起源于造血干细胞,它分布在人和动物的各个组织器官、脏器黏膜和结缔组织中。但是随着近年来人们对肥大细胞的深入研究发现,MC与肿瘤发生、神经系统功能、生殖系统的周期变化以及寄生虫的排除、高原低氧、血脂清除、血管生长调控、疾病发生等都有不同程度的关系。深入研究肥大细胞的这些功能,对于各种疾病的防治有着深远的意义。Mast cells can function as effector and immunoregulatory cells in IgE-associated allergic disorders,as well as in certain innate and adaptive immune responses.Mast cell is an important immunological cell,which was origined haemopoietic stem cell and distributed in the membrane mucosa and connective tissue of the organs.When the organism was stimulated by the exogenous material,the mast cell could also excrete basophilic stippling which were included by the mast cell,and then participate in the immunity reaction.MC was the target cell of the hypersesitivity reaction Ⅰ.But in recent studies,many investigators have found that mast cells also related to the tumorigenesis,cleaning of blood fat,vascular growth,functions of nervous system,sexual cycle variation of re-productive system,parasite exclusion tableland hypoxia and disease.The functions of the mast cell were of significance for all kins of diseases in the future.
