祛湿散治疗肛瘘术后继发肛周湿疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察祛湿散治疗肛瘘术后继发肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法按病例对照研究法将59例肛瘘术后继发肛周湿疹的患者随机分成祛湿散治疗组(30例)和哌瑞松对照组(29例),分别治疗2周,比较2组临床症状评分及疗效。结果祛湿散治疗组与哌瑞松乳膏组比较,在瘙痒程度、皮损面积、皮损形态方面,治疗前后积分变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛湿散治疗肛瘘术后继发肛周湿疹较哌瑞松乳膏疗效显著,能有效改善瘙痒症状及皮损表现,疗效可靠。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qu-shi-san in the treatment on crissum eczema of anal fistula postoperative.Methods59 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 cases,treated by Qu-shi-san for two weeks） and the control group（29 cases,treated by Pevisone paste for two weeks）.The improvement of symptom and sign were evaluated.ResultsThe experimental and control groups in age,sex,ethnic and the degree of disease had no statistical significance（P0.05）.After two weeks treatment,major adverse reaction was observed.Compared two groups of course,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.ConclusionQu-shi-shan is a effective way in treating crissum eczema of anal fistula postoperative,it is worth being promoted.
