摘 要:以北京市农村住宅节能改造前后围护结构热工性能测试数据为基础,采用理论分析和数值模拟方法,研究了不同改造方案的节能效果。在各围护结构单项改造中,改造窗户节能效果最明显,成本最低,成本回收期最短。因此,既有农村住宅节能改造应首选改窗;在资金有限的情况下,按照外窗、外墙、屋面的优先顺序选择改造方式。Energy saving effects of different reformation schemes are researched through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, based on thermal test data of enclosure structure before and after energy saving reformation of rural residential buildings in Beijing. Among single reformation items of enclosure structure, the most obvious energy saving, lowest cost and shortest cost recovery period are realized in window rebuilding. Therefore, energy saving reformation of existing rural residential buildings shall give preference to window rebuilding; if fund is limited, the rebuilding method shall be selected according to the following sequence, such as external window, external wall and roof.
