基于文献的轻度认知障碍中医证型和用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的了解轻度认知障碍中医辨证分型及用药情况,并初步探讨辨证论治规律。方法对1998-2010年万方数据库收录的中医诊治轻度认知障碍文献中的证型和方药,按标准术语进行归类,统计其出现频次,按频率大小确定常见证型和常用药物等。结果轻度认知障碍中医证型19个,常见证型有痰浊阻窍、肾精亏虚、髓海不足、气血瘀滞、心脾两虚、心血不足、气血亏虚、肝肾亏虚、脾肾亏虚;用方27首,常用方剂有通窍活血汤、归脾汤、地黄饮子、补阳还五汤、金匮肾气丸、七福饮、知柏地黄丸、还少汤、涤痰汤;用药117种,按功能归为15类,其中补益药、活血药、安神药3类使用较多,开窍药、化痰药也较常用。结论上述分析结果可为目前轻度认知障碍的辨证论治提供临床用药参考。Objective To analyze the Chinese medical syndrome and principle of drug application,and unravel the regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment in mild cognitive impairment.Methods The articles related to Chinese medical syndrome and herbs or formulae in mild cognitive impairment in Wanfang Database from 1998 to 2010 were retrieved.The articles were classified according to Chinese medical terminology and its appearance frequency to determine the common Chinese medical syndrome and Chinese herbs used in mild cognitive impairment.Results Nineteen Chinese medical syndrome were found in mild cognitive impairment.The common syndromes were phlegm obstructing orifices,deficiency in kidney essence,marrow deficiency,stagnation of qi and blood stasis,deficiency in heart and spleen,asthenic cardiac blood,deficiency in qi and blood,deficiency in liver and kidney,deficiency in spleen and kidney.Twenty-seventh herb formulae were found in mild cognitive impairment treatment.The common formulae including Tong-Qiao-Huo-Xue decoction,Gui-Pi decoction,Di-Huang decoction,Bu-Yang-Huan-Wu decoction,Jin-Gui-Shen-Qi pill,Qi-Fu decoction,Zhi-Bai-Di-Huang pill,Huan-Shao decoction and Di-Tan decoction.There were 117 Chinese herbs were used in those articles.According to efficacy,those herbs could be divided into 15 classifications.Reinforcing herbs,blood activating herbs,sedatives and tranquilizers were the most frequently used herbs.In addition,resuscitation and phlegm dispersing herbs were also commonly used herbs.Conclusion These analysis results provide valuable information for syndrome differentiation and treatment of mild cognitive impairment.
