摘　　要：目的建立益肾化浊颗粒中丹酚酸B含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用Waters AtlantisTM d C18色谱柱(3.9 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-甲醇-2%醋酸水溶液(18∶1∶81)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为286 nm,柱温30℃。结果丹酚酸B线性范围为0.12～1.57μg(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.41%,RSD=0.69%(n=6)。结论本方法快速、简便、准确、重复性较好,结果可靠,可用于控制益肾化浊颗粒的质量。Objective To estalish an HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Yishenhuazhuo Granules.Methods Waters AtlantisTM d C18（3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm） column in an oven at 30 ℃ was adopted,with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-methanol-2% acetic acid solution（18∶1∶81） and a UV detector at 286 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear ranges of salvianolic acid B was 0.12-1.57 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 98.41%（RSD=0.69%,n=6）.Conclusion The method was simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Yishenhuazhuo Granules.
