49～51岁231例糖尿病相关危险因素的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:对沈阳市铁西区49～51岁的231例研究对象进行糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)相关危险因素的调查分析。方法:选取1959～1961年出生的231人为研究对象,男116人,女115人,行75g葡萄糖耐量实验(oral glucose toler-ance test,OGTT)、胰岛素或C肽释放试验,糖化血红蛋白、血脂、肝肾功能,以及血压、体重测定。结果:分析231例研究对象的血糖、血脂、血压、体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、血尿酸各项指标,以高甘油三酯血症最高,占53.2%,次为肥胖BMI>25 kg/m2,占43.7%,高尿酸血症占34.6%。结论:该年龄者因普遍存在出生时营养欠佳,成年后生活方式改变,体重增加,存在糖脂代谢紊乱、肥胖症、高尿酸血症,提示是DM和心脑血管疾病的极高危人群。Objective：To analysis the risk factors related with diabetes among 231 peoples in Shenyang Tiexi district who were 49-51 years old.Methods：231 peoples were chose who were 49-51 years old（male 116,female 115）,and the 75 g oral glucose tolerance test（OGTT）,insulin or C-peptide release test,HbA1c,blood fat,liver and renal function were done,and the blood pressure and body weight were measured.Results：The index of blood glucose,blood fat,blood pressure,body mass index（BMI）,blood uric acid,etc.were analyzed,among them hypertriglyceridemia was the most（about 53.2%）,the second was obesity,BMI25 kg/m2（about 43.7%）,then was hyperuricemia（about 34.6%）.Conclusion： Through the investigation we found that because of the poor nutrition during birth of the crowd,they have big changes of lifestyle when they grow up,then body weight gain,so they have metabolic disturbance of blood glucose and blood fat,obesity and hyperuricemia,it indicates that they are the high risk population of diabetes and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
