摘　　要：为加强车辆装备保障训练过程管理,将过程控制理论与装备保障训练管理实践相结合,同时把质量控制图的方法应用于装备保障训练过程实施中,实现对训练过程的监控,为装备保障训练过程精细化管理提供理论指导。In order to strengthen the equipment support training process management,this paper combined the equipment support training process management with project management skills,and the quality control chart theory was applied in the equipment support training process,carried out training process of supervision,thus theoretical direction was provided for equipment support training process well-management.
