摘 要:为提高反刍动物产品中CLA含量寻找植物油的有效添加模式,研究以植物油调控的相同亚油酸水平日粮对绵羊瘤胃液脂肪酸动态变化和血浆脂肪酸组成的影响。选取4只雄性、健康安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年绵羊(东北半细毛羊×陶赛特羊),体重(40±1 kg),采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,研究不添加油脂组(CK组)、添加4%花生油(PO组)、2.84%玉米油(CO组)和2.86%大豆油(SO组)的加油组对瘤胃液脂肪酸动态变化和血浆脂肪酸组成的影响,经测得3个加油组亚油酸水平一致。结果表明,3个加油组显著提高了瘤胃液中C16:0、C18:0、C18:1、t11C18:1、C18:2和CLA浓度(P<0.05),PO组C18:0和C18:1的浓度显著高于CO和SO组(P<0.05),但各加油组间CLA和t11C18:1浓度差异不显著(P>0.05),并且均使不饱和脂肪酸的比例提高1倍;添加植物油后血浆中C16:0、C18:0和t11C18:1的含量显著提高(P<0.05),不饱和脂肪酸在总脂肪酸中的比例未发生变化。反刍动物日粮中添加富含亚油酸水平一致的不同植物油,在提高CLA或其前体物t11C18:1浓度方面的作用效果是一致的。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of the addition of vegetable oilsin equal-level of linoleic acid on the dynamic change of fatty acid in rumen fluid and fatty acid profiles in blood of sheep,which was to find an effective adding way to improve CLA conservation of ruminant products.Four healthy crossbred of northeast semi-fine wool and dorset male sheep(BW=40 ± 1 kg) fitted with ruminal cannulas were used in a 4×4 Latin square design to evaluate effects of different diet treatments on dynamic variation of fatty acid in rumen fluid and fatty acid profiles in blood of sheep.Diets were included 4 treatments,a control diet with no added fat(CK group),and peanut oil group(PO group),corn oil group(CO group) and soybean oil group(SO group) were added to 4% peanut oil,2.84% corn oil,and 2.86% soybean oil of the dietary air-dry matter,respectively.After adding vegetable oil,linoleic acid was at the same level in each oil supplemented treatment diet.The results showed that the three oil groups significantly increased the conservation of C16:0,C18:0,C18:1,t11C18:1,C18:2 and CLA(P0.05),and PO group had higher conservation of C18:0,and C18:1 than those of CO and SO groups(P0.05)while the three groups with oil supplemented had no significant difference on CLA and t11C18:1 conservation,and both were of two times of PUFA;adding vegetable oil significantly increased C16:0,C18:0 and t11C18:1 in plasma(P0.05),and the ration of PUFA in total fatty acid was no change.It might conclude that,in the means of supplementing diets with different kimds of vegetable oil to enrich ruminant products with CLA or its precursor-t11C18:1,and the supplement amount could be supported based on the content of linoleic acid in vegetable oil.
