摘 要:为检验物理灭虫的效果,以林木害虫舞毒蛾(Lymantria dispar)虫卵为试验材料,用不同剂量的γ射线照射舞毒蛾虫卵,研究照射后幼虫孵化率的宏观变化情况和经过台盼蓝活体染色后幼虫细胞的微观变化情况。结果表明,随着γ射线辐照剂量的增加,幼虫孵化率逐渐降低,幼虫细胞的死亡数量逐渐上升;总体上看,宏观试验和微观试验所得结论吻合良好;当γ射线辐照剂量超过300 Gy时,幼虫孵化率变化最为明显,幼虫细胞也几乎全部染上蓝色,辐照生物效应显著。In order to examine the killing effect of physical treatment on insects,gypsy moth,Lymantria dispar L.eggs were exposed to doses of γ-ray irradiation and studied the consequential macroscopic changes of larvae hatchability and the microscopic changes of larvae cells after stained by trypan blue.The results showed that with the increase of γ-ray irradiation dose,the larvae hatchability decreased and the death of larvae cells increased consequently.The macroscopic results and the microscopic conclusions were generally in good consistence.When γ-ray irradiation dose exceeded 300 Gy,the larvae hatching rate showed more significant changes,almost all the larvae cells were dyed by trypan blue,and thus significant biological effect of irradiation treatment was achieved.
