摘　　要：用Excel的函数与公式功能对邻菲罗啉分光光度法铁含量测定的实验数据进行处理分析,计算了截距a,斜率b,相关系数r的值及未知试样的含量,应用的结果表明,excel处理数据快捷、准确,方法简便易行。The experimental data were processed and analyzed in determination of iron content by ortho phenanthroline with Excel function and formula functions. The intercept relation coefficient r, and the iron content of unknown sample were calculated. The show that Excel is rapid, accurate, simple and convenient in data processing. spectrophotometry a, slope b and corapplication results
