摘 要:以聚苯乙烯微球为胶晶模板制备了三维有序大孔(3DOM)氧化铁,探讨了制备过程中的关键因素,如微球制备、胶晶模板组装、焙烧条件控制等因素对形成三维有序大孔材料的影响。SEM显示,所制备的3DOM氧化铁周期点阵排列规则有序、三维孔道结构规整均一。XRD晶相分析表明所制备的材料为α-Fe2O3。采用热重仪对(3DOM)α-Fe2O3脱硫剂的脱硫性能进行了评价,并与试剂α-Fe2O3进行了对比。结果表明:(3DOM)α-Fe2O3的反应性与硫容远远高于普通试剂α-Fe2O3;改善脱硫剂的孔隙结构,虽可减弱甚至消除孔扩散,但固体扩散是不可消除的。Iron oxide sorbent with open,interconnected three-dimensionally ordered macroporous(3DOM) structure,was successfully fabricated using polystyrene(PS) colloidal crystal as template.The involved key steps,such as preparing uniform monodispersed sphere,assembling ordered colloidal crystal and calcinations and so on were discussed.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images show that the as-prepared(3DOM) iron oxide sorbent has three-dimensionally ordered macroporous which are arrayed highly periodically.X-ray diffraction(XRD) indentifies that the mineral phase of this material is α-Fe2O3.Evaluation of the sorbent for desulfurization was carried out using a thermogravimentric analysis.The results show that compared with reagent α-Fe2O3,(3DOM) α-Fe2O3 exhibite excellent performance both on reactivity and sulfur capacity.The TG experimental results reveal that the pore diffusion can be reduced or eliminated by improving the sorbent textural properties,it is impossible to reduce the solid diffusion.
