摘 要:以现行《高炉喷吹用煤技术条件》中对高炉喷吹煤的理化性能及可磨性的要求为基础,增加了描述高炉喷吹煤燃烧性、反应性、输运性、安全性的性能指标,形成了更为全面的高炉喷吹煤性能指标体系。指标数量的增加使得指标之间的重要性关系变得更为复杂,具有很强的模糊性,给体系的应用带来了困难。模糊数学能很好地解决这个问题。具体过程是:在指标体系中选定适合定量分析的性能指标,并定义各指标相对优属度的计算方法,采用模糊模式识别交叉迭代模型计算指标权重,得到优选结果。使用该方法对某炼铁厂11种喷吹煤进行优选,优选结果与现场人员意见相符。On base of physical and chemical properties and grindability requirements of pulverized coal in Specifications of coal used in pulverized coal injection,added other performance indicators about flammability,reactivity,transport property and security of pulverized coal,a more exhaustive indicator system of coal used in pulverized coal injection was established.Increase of indicators made importance relation among all indicators more complicated and fuzzy.That led to the new indicator system difficult in application,but fuzzy mathematics solved it.Some indicators were determined for which quantitative analysis was suitable,and their relative optimum membership degrees were defined.By fuzzy pattern recognition model with cross ireration,indicators' weighing and optimum conclusions came out.The method was used to optimize 11 kinds of coal used in pulverized coal injection in some iron mill.Optimum conclusions are approved by technicians.
