萘-杂醇-柴油三元燃料的燃烧性能

摘  要:将含萘柴油转化为柴油发动机用燃料,使其得到充分利用并发挥最大使用价值具有重要意义。研究了添加杂醇对含萘柴油的燃烧性能影响。实验结果显示,杂醇溶解萘的能力是柴油的1.3~1.5倍,在柴油中添加杂醇可减少柴油吸收萘的使用量。萘的存在使得热值增加,但不论添加杂醇与否,热值无明显变化。添加杂醇有利于降低尾气有害物排放,提高功率输出,增加柴油发动机的扭矩,降低高转速油耗率,大幅度节约脱萘成本。With the increase of the demands for diesel oil,it is especially important for the kind of the diesel oil with the naphthalene to be used as the fuel of the diesel engines.Therefore,the combustion performances of the diesel oil with the naphthalene,in which the mixed alcohol is added,are researched.The results show that the capacity of the mixed alcohol to dissolve the naphthalene is 1.3~1.5 times higher than that of the diesel,which will decrease the amount of the diesel used to absorb the naphthalene.With the increase of the naphthalene contents in the diesel,the hot energies rise.However,the hot energies are not influenced,when the mixed alcohols are added into the system of the diesel and the naphthalene.In addition,the poisonous compositions of the exhaust are reduced.Meanwhile,the output power and the torsion of the diesel engines are enhanced,and the oil consumption rate with high revolutions per minute is decreased.The costs of the naphthalene removal are evidently saved.
