摘  要:随着互联网的普及,BtoC电子商务业取得蓬勃发展。传统意义上的自建配送体系,借助第三方物流企业,邮政配送体系以及网站与传统商业结合等的物流配送模式各有利弊。同时,在物流配送过程中,配送延误、服务水平差、顾客投诉率高等诸多问题也应运而生。在分析BtoC电子商务物流的配送模式和存在问题的基础上,以京东商城为例,提出了提高物流配送效率的相关对策和建议。With the popularity of the internet,BtoC e-commerce sector has made to flourish.Traditional logistics and distribution patterns such as the self-built distribution system,resorting to third-party logistics companies,the postal distribution system and web site combined with the traditional business have advantages and disadvantages.Meanwhile,in the process of logistics,it has been often seen delivery delays,poor service,high rate of customer complaints and many other issues.Based on the analysis of BtoC e-commerce logistics and distribution patterns and problems,we took the Jingdong mall,for example,and proposed measures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of logistics-related.
