摘　　要：VoIP如何与下一代网络融合是目前比较热门的讨论话题,由于目前基于网关-网守(GW-GK)的VoIP网络中网关功能过于集中,设备过于复杂以及容量受限的问题,本文将借助软交换的业务/控制与传送/接入分离的思想,将网关分离使网关只负责媒体的传输,呼叫控制功能由软交换设备来完成,不仅解决了容量问题,而且易于维护和管理。How about VoIP fussing with the next generation of network is a very fashionable topic for discussion. because of the gateway of VolP bases on （GW-GK）the function ,whose function is too concentrates, equipment is too complex and capacity is limited, this article will pull apart the gateway two part ,which enable the gateway only corresponding the transmission of medium and the function of call control will be completed by the Softswitch, with the aiddtion of the idea of softswitch which the service/control don＇ t concern the transmission/access. Not only resolve the question of the capacity ,but also easy to be maintained and managed.
