摘　　要：我国已有的公共交换电话网络规模庞大,不断开发增值业务,是充分发挥网络作用的最有效方法。本文设计了一种增值业务的接入平台,方案采用计算机板卡的实现方式,能够使第三方业务开发商方便、快捷地开发出电信增值业务。文中还给出了在线广播系统的实际应用案例。Our existing public switched telephone network which continues to expand the scale, and constantly develops value-added business, is the most effective way to make full use of the network. This paper introduces a design of value-added service access platform, which adopts the realization of the computer interface card, and can use to develop telecom value-added service for the third party business developers conveniently. Moreover, the paper also gives a practical case of on-line broadcast system.
