摘 要:针对吐哈山前高陡构造的井斜规律,通过优化垂直钻井系统应用井段,在高陡构造带柯19-11井等4口井分别试验应用了国产SVD和斯伦贝谢POWER-V两种垂直钻井系统。通过现场应用证实了垂直钻井系统可有效控制井身质量,同时可大幅度地提高钻井速度;在高陡构造地层钻进中,可以有效地解决防斜和强化钻井参数打快之间的矛盾。In allusion to the rule of piedmont high structural well deviation,by optimizing the well sections that vertical drilling system was used,domestic made SVD System and Power-V made by Schlumburger were used respectively in Well Ke 19-11 in the high structural belt and the other testing wells.Field application indicates that wellbore can be effectively controlled and drilling penetration can be greatly improved by using the vertical drilling system.During the well drilling in high structural formation m the contradiction between deviation control and fast drilling for enhanced drilling parameters can effectively solved.
