摘  要:本研究对剑麻纤维的化学成分做了测试,然后采用正交实验的方法对纤维进行脱胶处理,测试处理后纤维试样的制成率、白度、细度、强力、断裂伸长率等指标。根据实验结果分析预处理、碱液浓度、助剂种类和煮练时间四因素对纤维主要性能指标的影响,并选出在各个指标条件下的最佳工艺方案,从而提高剑麻纤维的可纺性。The through an orthogo chemical components of sisal fiber was tested, which was degummed with chemicals nal experiment. The rate of fiber produced, fiber whiteness, fiber fineness, fiber breaking tenacity and elongation were determined. The results showed that pretreatment, alkali concentration, additive types and scouring time were the four key influential factors to the main performances of the sisal fiber, and the optimum combinations of the degumming influential factors were established so as to improve the spinning property of sisal fiber.
