摘  要:从凸度磨削和超精研方面论述了滚子轴承凸度加工技术的研究进展,认为:凸度磨削加工的成形方法和机理已基本清楚,技术关键在于修整器的运动精度控制;凸度超精研加工的成形机理和规律尚不完全清楚,特别是滚子的凸度超精研过程中,油石与滚子之间的接触状态、凸度成形机理和磨削原理,需要进一步深入研究;滚子凸度加工中滚子运动的稳定性也需要深入研究。The research progress on the convexity machining technology for roller beating is introduced. Superfinishing and grinding process are mainly adopted for the convexity machining. The convexity forming methods and mechanism in grinding are clear, and the key technologies are eurvilinear movement precision controlling of the dresser. The convexity forming mechanism and regularity in superfinishing are not very clear. Especially,in roller convexity superfinishing,the contact status between the abrasive stones and the rollers, the convexity forming mechanism and grinding principal are needed to be studied further. The roller movement stability in roller convexity machining is also needed to research in depth.
