摘　　要：目的观察镰状钩刀错位行肛门内括约肌部分切断术治疗陈旧性肛裂的疗效及安全性。方法收集98例陈旧性肛裂患者,随机分为2组,治疗组60例,采取镰状钩刀错位行肛门内括约肌切断术,对照组38例,采用传统肛裂手术。结果临床观察,近期疗效100%。2组术后疼痛程度、愈合时间比较具有统计学意义。结论镰状钩刀行内括约肌部分切断术治疗陈旧性肛裂,操作简单,安全有效,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To observe the effect and safety of partial amputation of internal sphincter muscle of anus by using sickle hooks in treatment of old anal fissure.Methods 98 patients with old anal fissure were randomly divided into two groups.60 patients in study group received partial amputation of internal sphincter muscle of anus by using sickle hooks,38 patients in control group received classical operation for old anal fissure.Results Short term effects were achieved satisfactory in both groups.There were statistical differences in postoperative pain and healing time between the two groups.Conclusion Partial amputation of internal sphincter muscle of anus by using sickle hooks in treatment of old anal fissure is simple,safe and effective.
