摘 要:网络计划技术由于技术上的先进性和各领域管理的适应性,特别适用于油田基本建设工程施工管理,能将复杂的工程作为一个整体统筹计划;可根据不同管理要求,编制各种网络计划,并可进行计算、调整与优化。目前我国的工程建设网络计划技术理论与实际应用管理不对应,执行控制及跟踪调整较落后。如何在项目管理中提高网络计划技术应用水平是本文重点探讨的问题。As technically progressiveness and adaptability in all areas,network planning technology can plan a complex project as a co-ordinated,especially for oilfield construction organization and management of the construction project.According to different management requirements,a variety of large or small network program was draw up,and computer calculations can be used to adjust and optimize,which were urgently needed in oilfield capital construction projects.Compared with developed countries,at present our management theory did not correspond to practical application in network planning techniques,project scheduleis control and tracking adjustment were relatively backward.How to improve the level of theory and applications of network planning was the focus.
