壳聚糖对活性艳蓝的脱色处理研究

摘  要:探讨壳聚糖对活性艳蓝的吸附性能,结果表明壳聚糖对活性艳蓝的最佳吸附条件为:在活性艳蓝浓度为50mg/L,壳聚糖的用量为0.2g/100mL,吸附时间为1h,振荡速度为200r/min,pH为5左右,常温条件下吸附最佳,其脱色率为98%,其结果能为利用壳聚糖处理活性艳蓝提供一定的理论依据。The absorption of chitosan on reactive brilliant blue was studied,the results showed that,when working on reactive brilliant blue the best absorption properties of chitosan were obtained with the following conditions: the concentration of reactive brilliant blue was 50mg/L,the dosage of chitosan was 0.2mg/L,the absorption time was 1h,the shaking rate was 200r/min,the pH value was 5,under normal atmospheric temperature,and the discoloration rate was 98%.The results can be regarded as the theoretical reference for decoloration of reactive brilliant blue with chitosan.
