化瘀祛粘汤联合腹六针治疗腹部术后肠粘连临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨化瘀祛粘汤联合腹六针治疗腹部术后肠粘连的临床疗效。方法选取120例腹部术后肠粘连患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,治疗组用自拟化瘀祛粘汤联合腹六针进行治疗,对照组将0.5mg氟美松加入1mL 0.9%氯化钠溶液制成溶液,足三里穴注射治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果经化瘀祛粘汤联合腹六针治疗后,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论化瘀祛粘汤联合腹六针能够有效改善肠微循环,降低毛细血管的张力及通透性,临床疗效较好。Objective：To investigate the clinical effective of Huayuquzhan Decociton combined with Fuliuzhen in the treatment of intestinal adhesion.Methods：120 cases of intestinal adhesion patients were divided into 2 groups：the treatment group with Huayuquzhan Decociton combined with Fuliuzhen and the control group with acupuncture,which insert into Zusanli（ST36） with 0.5mg dexamethasone and 1mL normal saline.And then,the clinical effects of 2 groups were compared.Results：The effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group significantly.Conclusion：Huayuquzhan Decoction combined with Fuliuzhen could be a promising method which can improve the enterogastric circulation and reduce the capillary blood flow and permeability.
