摘  要:分别于2007年7月、10月和2008年5月对黑龙江流域的兴凯湖(我国境内部分)12个采样点的浮游植物群落结构进行调查,并利用多维尺度分析(MDS)对各季节、各采样点之间浮游植物的丰度、生物量和群落关系进行了研究。结果表明:在兴凯湖12个采样点共采到浮游植物6门62种,绿藻门种数最多23种,占37.1%;硅藻门次之,为22种,占35.48%;蓝藻门12种,占19.35%;隐藻门和裸藻门均为2种;金藻门1种。浮游植物年平均丰度和生物量分别为2.2×107ind./L和93.82 mg/L。Shannon-Weaver指数全年变化范围在0.18~4.48之间,春、夏季节水质较好,秋季水体存在轻微富营养化;兴凯湖沿岸水质较好,湖心区的水质较差。Investigation of phytoplankton species and community structure in Xingkai Lake(part of the territory of China)was carried out at 12 sampling sites in July,October 2007 and May 2008,respectively.The relationships among abundance,biomass and community between each season and site were studied by using multidimensional scaling(MDS).The results showed that,a total of 6 phyla 62 species were identified,among which,the majority were Clorphyta(23) and Cyanophyta(22),followed by Bacillaroiphyta(12),Euglenophyta(2) and Cryptophyta(2),Chrysophyta(1).The annual mean abundance and biomass were 2.2×107 ind./L and 93.82 mg/L.The Shannon-Weavers index was from 0.18 to 4.48.The water quality is good in spring and summer,but a slight water eutrophication in autumn.In a word,the water quality was good in the lake coast,followed by the experimental area,the central area was poor.
