摘  要:研究了不同养殖模式F1(投喂1次饵料鱼/d)、F2(投喂2次饵料鱼/d)、A1(投喂1次人工配合饲料/d)、A2(投喂2次人工配合饲料/d)对鳡(Elopichthys bambusa)幼鱼生长及肌肉成分的影响,实验持续56 d。结果显示:各组最终体重为A2>F2>A1>F1。饵料相同时,2次/d组生长速度、肌肉粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量极显著高于1次/d组(P<0.01),饵料系数(FC)显著低于1次/d组(P<0.05);相同投喂频率条件下,饲料组生长极显著快于饵料鱼组(P<0.01),饵料系数(FC)与粗脂肪含量极显著低于饵料鱼组(P<0.01)。饵料类型和投喂频率对饵料系数(FC)、粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量有交互作用(P<0.05),对其它指标无交互作用(P>0.05)。由实验结果判定:A2组为最佳饵料与投喂频率组合。A 56 d feeding experiment was conducted to study the effects of four culture models(F1:feeding forage fish once every day;F2:feeding forage fish twice every day;A1:feeding artificial diets once every day;A2:feeding artificial diets twice every day) on growth performance and body composition of juvenile Elopichthys bambusa.The results showed that the group A2 gained the maximal growth rate,and the order of growth rate was:A2F2A1F1.Under the same diets,the growth performances and the content of crude protein and fat increased significantly(P0.01) with the increasing of feeding frequencies,but the feed coefficient(FC) decreased significantly(P0.05).With the same feeding frequency,fish feeding with artificial diets gained higher growth performances,lower FC and the content of crude fat than those of fish feeding with the forage fish(P0.01).Diets and feeding frequency were interated with FC,crude protein and crude fat(P0.05),but not with the other performances(P0.05).It was concluded from the experiment that the optimum choice was the feeding model A2.
