摘　　要：阐述宽幅纯棉磨毛床用纺织品的生产工艺,包括前处理、柔软拉幅、磨毛、印前拉幅整纬、印花以及印后整理等;提出了生产中的注意事项,以解决对花难、折皱、拖色、搭色等问题,并减少了磨毛布强度损失,改善了染色牢度。Wet processing of broad cotton sanding bedding articles is introduced, including pretreatment, softening and stentering, sanding, weft straightening before printing, printing and finishing, and the precautions are pointed out. The new process can solve the problems of inaccurate registration, crease formation, strength loss, color tailing and color overlap, and the color fastness can be improved.
