摘 要:在短流程前处理工艺中,为提高织物的带液量,采用高给液装置。介绍了门泽尔公司的Optimax高给液装置、法默诺顿公司的VAS200真空浸泡机、LK-1高给液装置等;比较了采用冷轧堆高给液透芯工艺和丝光机透芯高给液工艺与传统工艺的能耗和化学品消耗。在后整理加工中,工作液的施加则采用低给液装置,可降低化学品的消耗。介绍了气流脱水配液法、表面喷雾整理法和泡沫低给液整理装置等,例举了采用真空脱水、热风拉幅织物低含水率进布及控制排气温度的节能效果,以及泡沫整理的节能案例。High efficiency liquid applicators in shortened pretreatment process are applied to increase the pickup. Various high efficiency liquid applicator systems are introduced, such as Optimax applicator of Menzel, VAS200 saturator of Farvmb Norton and LK-1 device. The consumptions of energy and chemicals in cold pad-batch process and mercerization with high liquor applicators are compared with those of traditional process. In finishing process, low liquor applicators are used to reduce chemical consumptions. Dispensing assisted with air flow dewatering, surface spray finishing and foam finishing are described. Practical applications for energy conservation are illustrated, including vacuum dewatering, reducing moisture content of fabrics at stenter entry, temperature controlling of exhaust air and foam finishing.
