摘  要:目的了解肺结核患者合并肺部感染的病原菌种类及耐药情况,指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法对我院2010年肺结核患者下呼吸道标本分离出的病原菌结果进行分析。结果共分离病原菌1440株,G-杆菌771株(53.5%),G+菌76株(5.3%),真菌593株(41.2%)。大肠埃希菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)率(77.78%)高于肺炎克雷伯菌的产酶率20.42%。甲氧西林耐药菌株占金黄色葡萄球菌的65.38%。结论肺结核患者合并肺部感染的病原菌构成以G-杆菌和真菌为主,对多药耐药性较高,临床医生应根据药敏结果选择合理的抗菌药物。Objective To evaluate the distribution of Tuberculosis accompanied with pulmonary infection and drug-resistance of pathogenic bacteria.It would provide references for rational use of antibiotics.Methods Results of pathogens which were isolated from lower respiratory tract specimens and Antimincrobial susceptibility in TB patients in 2010 were analyzed.Results There were 1440 strains of pathogens,gram-negative bacteria were 771(53.5%),gram-positive bacteria were 76(5.3%),and fungi were 593(41.2%).The ESBLs-producing rate of E.coli strains(77.78%) was higher than that of K.pneumoniae strains(20.42%).The rate of methecillin-resistant was 65.38% in Staphylococcus aureus strains.Conclusion The chief pathogens were Gram-negative bacilli and fungus in Tuberculosis accompanied with pulmonary infection.They had high resistant rates to many antimicrobial agents.Antimicrobial agents of clinicians selection should be based on the results of susceptibility.
