117例老年肺结核电子支气管镜检查临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨电子支气管镜检查对老年肺结核的诊断价值。方法对117例老年肺结核患者应用电子支气管镜在病变部位进行活检、刷检、支气管肺泡灌洗液结核菌快速培养等检查及分析。结果全组病例均经电子支气管镜检查,活检95例,阳性55例(57.9%);刷检117例,阳性66例(56.4%);经支气管-肺泡灌洗液(BALF)培养106例,阳性75例(70.7%),综合检查117例,阳性105例,阳性率达89.7%。结论电子支气管镜检查对老年肺结核有重要的诊断价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of electronical bronchoscope for geriatric pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods To analyse 117 cases of geriatric pulmonary tuberculosis.Results All cases examined by the electronical bronchoscope.positive rates of biopsy and brush were 57.9% and 56.4%,positive rate of BAL culture was 70.7%,positive rate of the whole ways was 89.7%.Conclusion electronical bronchoscope examination has important diagnostic value for geriatric pulmonary tuberculosis.
