营养支持对肺结核合并糖尿病患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察营养支持治疗对肺结核合并糖尿病患者疗效的影响。方法将78例糖尿病合并肺结核患者分为治疗组和对照组。两组常规抗痨治疗相同,营养支持治疗组加营养支持,通过观察痰菌阴转率及病灶吸收情况等指标来确定营养支持治疗对肺结核合并糖尿病患者疗效的影响。结果疗程结束后,治疗组痰菌阴转率84.6%,CT示有效吸收率94.9%。明显高于对照组的64.1%和69.2%。结论肺结核合并糖尿病常规治疗基础上加用营养支持,可显著提高治疗效果,值得推广。Objective Observation of nutrition in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes.Methods 78 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes were randomly divided i nto 2 groups,The same two groups of conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment,Nutrition treatment group use nutrition treatment.By observing the Sputum conversion rate and the absorption of lesions to determine that if the nutritional support of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes can make use.Resultes After treatment,Sputum conversion rate of the treatment group is 84.6%,CT showed effective absorption rate is 94.9%,both of them were He significantly higher than Control group′s 64.1% and 69.2%.Conclusion Using nutritional support in the therapy of Pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes is significant Pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes ly,it should be use widely.
