摘 要:采用板料成形有限元分析软件Dynaform5.7对某空调器钣金件的冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟,预测工艺参数如压边力、拉延筋对成形质量的影响。结果表明调整压边力可控制材料的总体流动,有效改善起皱和成形不足等成形缺陷。设置拉延筋直接影响材料的局部流动,增加压料面上相应部位的进料阻力,但如何设置拉延筋的位置、根数和形状是取决能否得到满意的成形质量的关键。通过数值模拟技术调整压边力大小和拉延筋以得到合理的设计方案,改进后方案的成形质量好,无起皱和破裂等缺陷,变形均匀,产品精度符合要求。Stamping process of a certain air-conditioner sheet metal part is numerically simulated by utilizing Dynaform5.7 software.Prediction for the effect of design parameters such as blank holding force and draw-beads on forming quality is carried out.The results show that the adjustment of blank holding force can control the overall metal flow and effectively improve the drawbacks of wrinkling and insufficient forming.The set of draw-beads directly affects the local metal flow,and increases the resistance of supplied material at the corresponding region of blank-holder.However,it is very crucial on how to decide the loca-tion,the number and the profile of the draw-beads,which determines whether satisfactory forming qualities can be achieved or not.Based on numerical simulation technology,blank holding force and draw-beads can be modified and adjusted so as to obtain reasonable design.It proves that satisfactory forming qualities can be achieved for the improved design.No wrinkle or crack occurs in the part.The deformation is uniform and the dimensional accuracy meets the requirement.
