摘  要:对于潜水搅拌器的搅拌流场,采用基于雷诺时均方程和标准k-ε方程的湍流模型,以及贴体坐标和交错网格系统对N-S方程用有限体积法进行离散,采用交错网格存放变量,用SIMPLEC算法求解N-S方程,应用Fluent软件对三维不可压湍流搅拌流场进行数值模拟。结果表明:搅拌器叶轮运行时产生旋向射流,中心速度较快,向外做扩展运动,利用体积流来输送液体。通过调整潜水搅拌器的安装深度和改变搅拌器叶轮的重要设计参数轮毂比的大小,对所得到的模拟结果进行对比分析,提出优化的安装和设计方案。Concerning the agitated flow field of submersible mixer,a turbulence model based on reynolds time-averaged control equations and k-ε two-equation is adopted,as well as boundary-fitted coordi-nate and staggered mesh system to disperse N-S's equation with FVM.Then by adopting deposit variables of the staggered mesh the N-S equation is solved with SIMPLEC's algorithm.Thus a numerical simulation for the internal 3-D incompressible turbulent flow agitated flow field of submersible mixer is carried out by CFD software Fluent.The results show that :the mixer impeller produced vortex jet flow in operating,which shall ex-tend outwards for its high speed around the center to transport the fluid through its volume flow.By adjusting installation depths and changing important design parameter of mixer impeller :hub-tip ratio,after comparing and analyzing the simulation results obtained,an optimal proposal for installation and design is presented.
