直筒散装水泥车罐体虚拟设计开发平台的研究及实现

摘　　要：散装水泥车是粉粒物料运输车的一种,是为适应水泥散装化运输而研制生产的一种专用汽车。罐体是散装水泥车的主要部件之一,其设计周期直接决定着整车的设计周期,同时它的设计质量也直接影响着整车的综合性能。以直筒散装水泥车罐体为原型,研究并构建了将产品快速设计、有限元分析及优化、实验检测、体积计算融为一体的直筒散装水泥车罐体虚拟设计开发平台。实践证明,该平台提高了企业产品设计快速响应能力及产品设计质量、缩短了产品开发的周期、降低了成本,增加企业竞争力,赢得市场。同时,本开发平台的建构也可以作为典型向整个汽配行业推广应用。Bulk-cement delivery vehicle is a sort of special purpose vehicle adapting to the transport of cement bulkily carried.The tanker of bulk-cement delivery vehicle is one of the main parts.Its design cy-cle directly determines the whole vehicle design cycle,meanwhile its design quality greatly affects the com-prehensive propertie of the vehicle.Taking straight tank bulk cement vehicle as prototype,it introduces the thought for the virtual design platform.The virtual design platform integrates the functions of rapid design,finite element analysis and optimization,as well as test detection and volume calculation.Practice shows that this platform could shorten design cycle,improve design quality,reduce production cost and enhance enter-prise competence.Furthermore the method of developing this platform could also be used by deign of other automobile parts and components industries.
