摘 要:阐述了再制造设计和再制造性分配的概念及其之间的关系,建立了再制造性指标。针对常规再制造性分配方法如等值分配法、按失效率分配法、按价值率分配法等在具体再制造性分配过程中的不足,提出了一种基于模糊综合评价的系统再制造性分配方法,通过综合考虑多重评价指标,建立了系统再制造性分配模型。最后以某型号变速箱为例,结合所建立的再制造性分配模型,以可识别性、可修复性、耐磨性等属性为评价指标,实现了平均再制造费用的合理分配,从而验证了方法的有效性。The concepts of design for remanufacturing and remanufacturability allocation were elucidated,and the relationships between them were described.The remanufacturability index was established.For the insufficiency of conventional remanufacturability allocation methods such as equivalence allocation,failure rateallocation,value rate allocation etc in practical applications,a remanufacturability allocation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed.The system remanufacturability allocation model was established by considering multiple evaluation indicators synthetically.Finally,a model of gearbox was taken as an example,combined with the remanufacturability allocation model,the average remanufacturing cost was allotted reasonably with the evaluation indicators of identifiability,repairability,durability etc,and the allocation method was proved to be effective.
