摘　　要：MasterCAM内部虽然带有许多后置处理程序,但并不能直接应用于一些在我国使用比较普遍的数控系统。针对这一状况,在分析了Master CAM后置处理程序特点的基础上,构思系统的开发流程,利用VB 6.0程序开发环境进行相应的界面设计和程序开发,开发出了一个小型软件系统,可使Master CAM生成的后置处理程序直接转换为多种数控系统所需的NC代码,从而满足不同数控系统的需求。并以实际应用验证系统运行的实用性和可靠性,以及操作的简便性。Although many post-processing programs are available in internal of Master CAM,direct application in domestic common CNC system is not possible,such as Huazhong Century Star,SINUMERIK,FADAL etc.For this,the developing process is designed based on the analysis of Master CAM post-processing code,and a new small software system is developed by utilizing the corresponding interface design and program development in VB 6.0 program development environment,which makes the post-processing programs generated by Master CAM directly convert to NC code required by many NC systems to meet the needs of different NC system.The practicability and reliability of the system is verified through practical operation with simplicity in operation.
