摘 要:用Kevlar和Nomex丝束与金属纤维丝束进行混编、加捻成纱,织成平纹和斜纹织物,然后进行染色与抗光老化同浴整理,研制出综合性能优良的抗电磁辐射-抗光老化芳纶织物。结果表明,此功能面料克重小于205 g/m2;强度高于900N;经人工紫外辐射加速老化后,其强度保持率高达80%-85%;阴燃时间短于5s;电磁屏蔽效能在宽的频率范围内高达40dB。可见,由该技术可制备出轻质、高强、阻燃、抗电磁辐射、且抗光老化综合性能良好的多功能织物。In our work,commercial Kevlar / Nomex products and metal fiber bundles were mixed and twisted into yarn to weave plain fabrics and twill fabrics,respectively. Moreover,the two kinds of fabrics were finished by single-bath using dyeing and anti-photoaging agents to prepare high performance anti-electromagnetic radiation / anti-photoaging aramid fabrics.The results show that its weight is less than 205 g/m2,broken strength is higher than 900N,strength retention(after artificially accelerated ageing testing) is up to 80%~85%,smoldering time is less than 5s,and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is up to 40dB.It is thus clear that low-density,high strength,flame retardancy,anti-electromagnetic radiation,and anti-photoaging multi-functional aramid fabrics were developed using our technology.Besides,this technology is simple operation and applicable to industrial production.
