摘　　要：本文针对信息环境的变化对当前图书馆的挑战,从增强图书馆适变能力的角度来探求图书馆的长远发展,并对图书馆的适变能力进行了系统的分析,提出图书馆适变能力的核心要素是将复合性作为图书馆发展的基点,建立具有弹性的组织结构,采用柔性技术系统支持的服务模式,配置多元化的信息资源,构建创新性的图书馆文化。In order to meet the challenge of information age and its impact on library,from the angle of enhancing the library＇s adaptive ability,the paper searches a long-term development of the library.The paper puts forward that the essential elements of library＇s adaptive ability is to take the pliability as the basis of the development of the library,establish a flexible organizational structure,use the service mode supported by flexible technology system and construct innovative library culture.
