“清江舞”在鄂、黔两省全民健身中的作用

摘　　要：在对鄂西恩施自治州"清江舞"活动的渊源、特点及开展情况进行论述的基础上,分析了"清江舞"在贵州省开展的可行性以及在鄂、黔两省全民健身中的定位。研究认为:为使"清江舞"能够成为新时期鄂、黔两省全民健身运动的具体实践途径之一,应立足本土、保留特色、面向两省;与现代竞技体育共同发展、相互渗透;与时俱进、科学发展、积极改革、推陈出新。Based on the origin,characteristics and development of Qingjiang Dance in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture,western Hubei province,the author analyzes the feasibility of Qingjiang Dance development in Guizhou province and its positioning in people＇s fitness of Hubei and Quizhou provinces.In the view of this research,in order to ensure Qingjiang Dance one of the concrete and practical ways of common exercise in the two provinces of the new age,we should respect its original culture,keep its own feature and make it fit for the two provinces;we should achieve common development with modern competitive sports and interpenetrating mutually,and we should advance with times,develop it scientifically,reform positively and innovate quickly.
